New energy battery test bench consists of cycler(s),chambers,chillers, BMS etc. to implement the test profiles.In the mean time the test bench needs to analyze the test data while coordinating with the emergency system of the test lab’s.

■ Accurate measurement system
High accuracy: using highly accurate sampling technology for voltage and current, the accuracy is up to 0.05% FS;
Fast sampling speed: voltage and current sampling interval up to 1kHz;
Dual current range: The second range is set to 10% of the full current range.More ranges upon request.
■Multi-layer protections:
Input protection: over voltage, under voltage,default phase, etc.
Output protection: over voltage, over current ;
Wiring protection: disconnection of output cable, reverse Connection and disconnection of sense lines line;
Overheat protection of power converter and transformer;
Software protection:
The limit conditions of voltage, current, power, capacity, temperature, etc. can be set as protect condition by the embedded software;
Auxiliary control protection:
Auxiliary data ,BMS variables and external I/O signals can act as protection conditions;
Emergency stop protection:
In case of emergency the designated channel or all channels can be stopped .

Fast response: The dynamic DSP ensures milliseconds of current control.
High resolution: The driving cycle converter imports sampling interval for precise driving simulation.
